Management Team

Raw Safety, LLC in Tampa, FL is the vision of a cohesive team, John Rawlings and Jayme Rawlings. John and Jayme have been married for over 15 years and have three children.

John Rawlings has a Bachelor’s and a Master’s Degree in Management and is a retired military officer. John currently holds the coveted CSP, CHST, SMS, STS-C, CIT safety professionalcertifications as well as a multitude of other environmental and safety certifications. His military background combined with his management skills makes him the ideal person to consult companies on the idiosyncrasies and details of commercial, hospital and government projects.   

Jayme Rawlings has a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Management, with a deep background in marketing and hazardous material mitigation. In addition, she has earned several national safety certifications.
