Our office hours are Monday through Saturday, 8am - 6pm. However, if you should get our answering machine, please leave a message. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

We Schedule Appointments Monday through Friday Only

Though we try our best to schedule your appointment as quickly and conveniently as possible for you, during our busy season (September thru January), we encourage our repeat and new customers to consider scheduling cleanings during the spring and summer months if possible.

24 Hours Before Your Appointment, Remember To:

Stop using your fireplace, woodstove. We need to work with an appliance that is completely cool. Please have a noncombustible container to put ashes in.

Cancel or reschedule your appointment if necessary. We charge a service fee for missed appointments, or appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

The Day of Your Appointment:

Remove fragile or precious items from the area near the fireplace. Watch us work, customers learn a lot about safety from us, so we don't mind.
