Ilona, the owner of Mantra Yoga Studio and Pilates in Raleigh, NC was not a very active or athletic person until her accident. At the age of 31 she was faced with the need for an effective therapy that could help to restore her body. Yoga was an obvious choice for her as a beginner and she started taking classes. Within a year's time, she was so impressed with the effect of yoga on her recovery that she made yoga her life’s work by turning it into her profession. 
Trained and Experienced Yoga Professionals
With the help of a few friends, Ilona obtained her certification as a Yoga Instructor and opened Mantra Yoga & Pilates in 2013. Currently, we have 5 other teachers and a receptionist. All our professionals including hatha yoga experts have mastery over moksha yoga, hot yoga and various other forms of yoga and Pilates. We are well equipped to offer yoga and Pilates classes for both men and women aged 18-65.
