The cut to Iceberg covers administrative expenses and provides a small compensation to account managers who are finding contracts and managing relationships with clients. None of the Iceberg officers or board members are compensated for their work.

We are 100% up-front about the rate to the client, the cut to Iceberg, and the rate to the consultant. Consultants never have to wonder if they are being treated fairly.

A consultant's resume will NEVER be submitted to a client without their express permission.
