Our Oil Heating System Tune-Up Includes: Inspect oil tank and fuel supply systems, Replace oil filter cartridge & pump strainer, Clean nozzle assembly and replace nozzle, Inspect burner fan, coupling and chamber, adjust electrodes and controls, check and set oil pump pressure, Lubricate: blower motor, burner, circulator(s) & power venter motor, Check fan belt, Inspect and clean air filters, smoke pipe, Inspect and vacuum combustion chamber and boiler sections, Visually inspect wiring, Check operation of thermostat(s), Adjust system to maximum efficiency, balance draft regulator, perform a combustion efficiency test, check for oil, air & water leaks, clean up work area.

Note: Systems with a power venter may be an extra cost over our normal cleaning rate.
