Established in 2013, Operational Excellence Consulting in Woolwich, ME has more than 15 years of “Lean production”, a derivative of the Toyota Production System method of management, implementation experience, with 8 years in manufacturing and 7 years in the service sector (government and university). Our owner and chief consultant has more than 30 years of business management/ start-up, senior manufacturing management and operations management experience and 12 years of government executive management experience. We have worked with many of the major service sector entities, governments, hospitals, universities and law firms.

We have 5 to 8 contractors and also have affiliations with two major “Lean” consulting firms, both of whom provide the same services as we do. These affiliations allow us to recommend to clients that they can utilize the services of these two firms as well.
