Our Philosophy
We believe in the highest quality products and services for all of our customers. We believe our customers are our greatest asset, and we are dedicated to serving your needs. We work diligently to meet or exceed Ohio EPA regulations to provide our customers with a safe source of water. We also go to any length to assure you, in the event of an emergency, that most service disruptions are rectified within 6 hours or less.
Adams County Regional Water was founded in 1969. We provide a safe, potable source of water for approximately 21,000 people in Adams County, Ohio. We also serve 4 villages within the county. Our water comes from deep wells that are approximately 75 feet deep. These are drilled into what is known as the "Ohio River Valley Aquifer".
