Whether you just want a barcode updating, ingredients changing or a new design from scratch Multiplastics can help you all the way. With our inhouse designer we can meet all your requirements and create digital mock-ups and even supply digitally printed film to ensure you are happy with the final design before moving to a full production run.

Starting from Scratch

The first step is to create a cutter guide for your product(s); to do this we need to simply start with some wrapped samples of your products, from here we carefully dissect the packs and create a cutter guide based on the pack measurements and dimensions.

Once a cutter guide has been created, we can send this to you, your designers or we can create your design from scratch. Adding print registration marks, ingredients/text, barcodes and graphics we will position them in the correct positions.

After your design has been finalised, we can create a digital mock-up to showcase your finished product(s).

Once you are happy with artwork and design the next step is to supply a digital print to run on your machine, this will ensure all elements are in the correct position prior to going to full production, at this point any final tweaks can be made and stopping any costly mistakes.
