Pastor Kevin D. Woodgett
A man dedicated to making an impact in this generation, the surrounding
communities, and nations. A man who strives to go after the heart of
God. A better understanding of the heart of this leader can be
obtained through knowing his personal Mission Statement,
which is as follows:
"The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me; because the Lord hath anointed me to preach
good tidings to the meek; He hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to
proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them
that are bound; to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord and the day
of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn...that He
might be glorified." Isaiah 61
The influence and effectiveness of Pastor Kevin's
presence and involvement can be seen in
every area of the surrounding communities
in which he has contact.
Pastor Kevin was consecrated and ordained
as pastor of The Church of The Living God
on October 5, 1999 where he is
the founding pastor.
He is a devoted husband to his wife, Elizabeth,
a father of four children: Dionna, Kevin II,
Brandon, Dena, and "Paw-Paw" to
his grandchildren.
