Column

Holding Deposit: $100.00

The holding deposit is required in order to reserve a specific date. This deposit will be applied to rental balance.

Surround Sound Fee: $25.00

Set Up Fee: $70.00

Covers Set Up and Take Down of All Tables and Chairs

Security Officer Fee: $30.00 per Hour

Security is required if you are staying past 9:00 PM or serving alcohol. Security is arranged by the McGhin’s Place Banquet Hall Coordinator.

Weekend Rental Rates:

$450.00 for Half Day (Up to Six Consecutive Hours)

$750.00 for ALL DAY Rental (Up to 12 Hours)

Security Deposit: $300.00

Security Deposit is refundable.

Weekday Rental Rates:

$75.00 Per Hour
$75.00 Holding Deposit
$100.00 Security Deposit
All other fees are the same as the weekend rates.

Banquet Hall Rental Policies:

If you wish to cancel your event, you must do so 2 weeks prior to the event in order to receive a refund.
Your rental balance must be paid in full two weeks prior to your event date.
Rental hours are between 8:00 AM and 12:00 AM.
We accept cash and check only.
NO SMOKING INSIDE THE FACILITY.
