Our proprietary scheduling and facility tracking system ensures sound communication, schedule confirmation and customer satisfaction. Our scheduling and facility tracking system assigns Work Authorization Forms that are delivered electronically to a PCI Network Service Vendor. All work, from initiation to completion, is assigned and tracked with progress reporting available for the customer. A detailed “Standard Operating Procedure” is developed for each facility and delivered to the Network Service Vendor. Included in the document is a quality control and service visit follow-up procedure specifically designed for the facility or customer.
