Lancaster Resolve Technology (LRT) was established in 1991.  The major focus of the business activities of LRT has been high technology consulting.  During its history, LRT has had many very successful assignments.  These assignments also led to the establishment of several joint ventures:

1. A vacuum service company – Australia
2. A chemical company – USA
3. A clean room engineering company and manufacturer of portable clean rooms
4. Two joint venture marketing firms
5. Established two (2) LED (light emitting diode) companies. One in Santa Clara, CA and the other in Xiamen, China.

LRT also operates as a trading company. Trading has been with countries throughout Asia, the Middle East and Europe.  LRT has also worked in Financing, raising of Venture Capital, mergers and acquisitions.  LRT was also the founding company for Oriol, Inc., a gallium nitride LED company. 

Our Mission

The primary mission of Lancaster Resolve Technology is in implementing marketing and sales programs for new products, start-ups and emerging companies. Our firm specializes in developing new market areas particularly in the semiconductor and other high technology manufacturing fields.
