MANAGING PRINCIPAL & CEO

As the Managing Principal & CEO of Lamb Consulting Group, LLC, Dr. Freeman-Buster spearheads the company's strategic planning and business expansion efforts, while also serving as a senior consultant for clients.

Before establishing Lamb Consulting Group in 2011, Dr. Freeman-Buster gained over twenty-five years of valuable experience in commercial banking, business and economic development. Her diverse background equips her to enhance the performance and revenue growth of forward-thinking organizations. She held roles as Vice President and Assistant Vice President at both large financial institutions and community banks in the Washington DC Metropolitan area.

LAMINA BUSTER

SENIOR PROJECT COORDINATOR

Lamina Buster is an integral member of the management team at Lamb Consulting Group, bringing a decade of expertise in project coordination and customer relations. With a background in business administration, particularly in marketing, Ms. Buster ensures the seamless execution of client projects as the Senior Project Coordinator.

In her role, Ms. Buster meticulously organizes and oversees every aspect of project logistics, from planning to execution. She plays a crucial role in ensuring that consultants have the necessary resources to fulfill their tasks promptly and within budget constraints. Ms. Buster serves as the primary point of contact for all daily project-related inquiries, adeptly keeping projects on course.

SHANE WILTSHIRE

ASSISTANT PROJECT COORDINATOR

Shane Wiltshire has been part of Lamb Consulting Group's management team since 2019, bringing expertise in sociology and customer relations.

In his role as Assistant Project Coordinator, Mr. Wiltshire supports the Senior Project Coordinator and contributes to business development projects. He diligently monitors project progress and promptly addresses requests from key clients. Additionally, he maintains client relationships by reaching out to them and ensuring project renewals are handled smoothly. Mr. Wiltshire values collaboration and looks forward to working alongside you.

MAURISSA BUSTER

DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

Maurissa Buster became part of the Lamb Consulting Group team in 2021, bringing a background in Journalism and a BA in English Literature and Language, with a focus on copywriting and poetry.

As the Digital & Social Media Marketing Manager, Ms. Buster leverages her expertise in social media and digital marketing to help clients tell compelling stories, foster engaged online communities, and advance important missions through social media platforms. She is passionate about assisting businesses in gaining exposure by crafting impactful narratives. Ms. Buster is eager to collaborate with you on your digital marketing endeavors.
