FAQ

I'm a new client. What forms do I need to bring?

If you are a new client to us, please bring a copy of your previous year's tax return, all the paperwork for the tax year needing to be completed, and copies of your ID's. We can also make copies when you drop your paperwork off.

If I move out of state, can you still do my return?

Of course! Just mail us your paperwork, or upload it via our secure portal. If you need portal access, give us a call and we will get one set up for you.

Can I drop my forms off or do I have to have a sit down appointment?

We do accept drop offs, in fact most of our people do so. We understand that life is busy, and an in person appointment is not always feasible.
