Clean & Seal

Grout and Tiles get dirty with time especially in showers.  We can professionally Clean your grout and tiles, in your kitchen, bathroom, floors, and exteriors. Whether you have Ceramic Tile, Travertine, Porcelain Tile, Slate Tile, Glass Tile, we can make them look new again, then apply a sealer that will protect your tile and grout for up to five years. 

ReCaulking

Caulk provides a watertight seal between counter tops, tubs, and shower seams, but can deteriorate and discolor over time or get mildew growing on it.  Removing that old caulk and applying a mildew resistant caulk will provide a clean, fresh seal that not only looks great, but helps protect against mold and fungus growth in the future.

Re-Grouting

Tiled surfaces such as showers and counter tops often develop missing, discolored, or damaged grout that may let water get through and cause deterioration behind the tile, which in turn will loosen the tile and create more problems.  Re-grouting will give it the protection it needs and avoid costly repairs down the road.  When re-grouting we remove all the old grout and replace it with the color of your choice,  giving these surfaces a like new appearance.  Re-grouting is a cost efficient way to prolong the life of your tile.
