Garrison Square Management is a Boston based property management company specializing in property management of condominium associations, apartment rentals and construction services.

Our property portfolio includes approximately 1,000 condominium units in 80+ associations and is involved with the management and leasing of luxury apartments.

The property management side of our business takes care of finances, building maintenance, snow removal, budget analysis and capital project planning. We also have a construction side of the business that takes care of restorations, renovations and different maintenance and handyman services.

Garrison Square Management's focus is providing full service to apartment and condominium owners and residents. Therefore, for maintenance and construction requests, we have provided a form on the Construction page that goes directly to that department.
