Our founder, Nicole is a 4-time Pink Cadillac Sales Director for Mary Kay who trained with National Area Pamela Shaw. She has been in business for over 20 years and is the owner of Blush Luxury Venue and Beautie Bar in Fort Lauderdale. Nicole is a foodie and swimmer who loves international travel.

Blush Luxury VAs was founded in partnership with Nicole Pratt, a Mary Kay leader and entrepreneur who saw the need for high-quality, trustworthy support for women in business.

Nicole is passionate about empowering women, building leaders, and creating systems that allow business owners to scale without burnout. Blush Luxury VAs reflects her heart for service, excellence, and integrity.
