Practice Administrator Suzy Aly and Office Manager Ann Alegre both with over 15 years of experience, Affectionately known as the “backbones of the practice,” they work diligently on and behind the scenes to ensure timely and efficient day to day process. 
 

Billing Department:

Onsite and available knowledgeable Medical Biller with 10+ years of experience Advise and explain all financial responsibilities Obtain referrals, pre-certification and authorization for needed tests Enroll patients in various assistance programs available through pharmaceutical  companies to help minimize financials burden on needed patients Supply patients with detailed financial statements that explains all services provided Verify patients’ insurance coverage and inform them of their co insurance and/or copayment requirements
