Copper Rock Research Inc. was founded by Marlisa Anderson in 2006, and is a California corporation.  

Marlisa Anderson, President

 Ms. Anderson was appointed as President in September, 2006. Prior to that, Ms. Anderson was a Senior Statistician at Neurocrine Biosciences specializing in the development of drugs intended for the treatment of insomnia and endometriosis, and contributed to the US NDA filings for Indiplon. Prior to Neurocrine, Ms. Anderson was an Associate Statistician at Hollis-Eden Pharmaceuticals. Ms. Anderson began her career in clinical research in 1998 as a Biostatistician at The Immune Response Corporation working on clinical trials in the areas of HIV, rheumatoid arthritis, and multiple sclerosis.  She earned a BA in Psychology from UCSD and an MPH, with a concentration in Epidemiology and Biostatistics, from San Diego State University.
