About Steven L. Miller

Steven L. Miller, with over 30 years of experience, is a recognized leader in class action litigation, dedicated to protecting and promoting workplace fairness and combating consumer exploitation and invasion of privacy.Through his class-based litigation efforts, Steven Miller and his associate attorneys have obtained millions in consumer and employment settlements for his clients and class members along with affecting substantial change in business policy throughout California.

Operating with integrity and employing an ethical and conscientious approach, Steven believes success is a function of hard work, knowledge, and excellent client service. Steven Miller has a B.S. in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge, and a J.D. from Western State University, Fullerton.  He attended USMC Officer Candidate School in Quantico, Virginia and subsequently received an honorable discharge.  He is a member of the California and Texas State Bar and is also admitted to all Federal District Courts in California, including the 9^th Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. Tax Court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces.

Mr. Miller is active in numerous legal associations relating to employment, consumer, and securities law. He is a member California Employment Lawyers Association(CELA) and is active in the California State Bar Association's Labor & Employment Law Section, Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, the National Association of Consumer Advocates (NACA), and Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association (PIABA).

Steven is an avid soccer and hockey fan and enjoys skiing and hiking with his family and dog.
