Meet Celeste HynickCeleste brings a variety of experience to your renovation project. Her urban design experience has led her to become involved in the preservation and optimization of Haverhill's cultural and physical presence. From 2011 until 2012, she served on Haverhill's Historical Commission, the Planning Board, and the Downtown and Waterfront Advisory Committee.
