MULTI STEP CARPET CLEANING PROCESS RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMERS
1. We perform a thorough walk through inspection, and discuss any issues we find with our customers.
2. We prepare the area for cleaning, moving items and furniture as needed. Some exclusions may apply on furniture moving. Please let us know what your needs are in advance so we may discuss them.
3. We Vacuum the customers carpet to remove particulate soiling for best results on cleaning.
4. We pre spot carpets prior to the carpet cleaning process for better removal of specific spots.
5. We precondition carpets with some of the best pre-spray for your type of carpets available for optimum results.
6. We then use agitation to work the pre-spray in to the carpet fibers for the very best carpet cleaning results available.
7. We Rinse the carpets to remove soiling, and other contaminates along with any spotters, and pre-spray left in the fibers leaving your carpet clean and soft.
8. We offer Deodorizers for those who prefer fragrances.
9. We offer some of the best Carpet Protector available for on going protection and ease of cleaning and care long after were gone!
10. We finally do a post inspection with the customer, groom carpets, discuss any issues and explain what we have done, and at that time possibly schedule any other services the customer may be interested in.
Unfortunately, all carpet cleaning companies are NOT the same. Most carpet cleaners offer 2 maybe 3 of these steps when cleaning your carpets.
