Curriculum

We offer and emergent curriculum in which interests and needs of the children guide the explorations. Our teaching is a form of Reggio Emilia Alliance.  We let the children use their collective energy of guiding us through the teaching moments. As example; if we are learning about pumpkins, we will draw it, color it, dissect it, cook it, and study it. In addition to learning; the children have a lot of opportunity to play both indoors and outdoors (weather permitting). We also incorporate Spanish into our program. Children as young as six months are taught sign language to aid in communication. The children are encouraged to grow into very independent healthy individuals.
