Healthy Options is our 3-Phase healthy lifestyles program.  Each month, you will receive a newsletter with recipes, grocery lists, and lifestyle options that are designed to gradually make your life a healthier one!


Healthy Options Phase 1:  ONE Degree of Change.

Our program is easy to follow and requires minimal time & effort to maintain.   It is based on the concept of committing to 1 degree of change!  If we all commit to one degree of change, then a complete 180-degree turnaround is easy to accomplish, one small step at a time.

Whether you are at a restaurant, the grocery store, the movie theater, or your friend's house, making one small change can be very simple but highly effective. Each of those small collective pages have a major impact in your overall well-being!

Healthy Options Phase 2: Making Better Habits


Once you have begun making small changes in all the many areas of your life, you begin to notice significant change taking hold . . . this is the time to commit to making some of those routines into solid habits.  The Healthy Options program is designed to be a seamless effort from the old you to the new!  What you once thought was impossible seems as easy as anything else!  Evaluate the areas you want to improve and push forward to the lifestyle and body you have always wanted.   If you get stuck, just stay in Phase 1 as long as you need. . . we are so confident that the efforts in the first phase will naturally lead to the second,  that we don't pressure you to move up!

Healthy Options Phase 3: Longevity


The final part of the equation is the most exciting ... the rest of your life!  The longevity phase is simple and easy to transition to.  In this phase, you evaluate what is working and what is not, you commit to long term change and goals, and the best part is that it feels so natural, you won't even think you are committing to anything!
