ADELLE PALTIN

Adelle Paltin is a violinist from Cocoa, Florida currently attending The University of Southern Mississippi where she is pursuing her bachelor's degree in music performance. Adelle is currently studying violin under the instruction of Dr.Stephen Redfield.  She spent her high school career studying with Carey Moorman, Christopher Simons, and Patrick Phillips. She has performed as assistant concertmaster in the performance of Tchaikovsky’s Sleeping Beauty with the Melbourne City Ballet Theatre (2018) and as the first violinist for Beauty and the Beast (2017) and A Christmas Carol (2017) with the Cocoa Village Playhouse in Florida.

    Throughout her high school career, Adelle served as principal violinist in numerous chamber ensembles, all-county concerts, school orchestra camps, teacher recitals, and other  gigs as well as the top ensembles of her high school. She also participated in master classes with artists including violinist Daniel Askerov.

    After graduating from college, Adelle dreams of playing for Disney’s movie scoring orchestra and freelance studio productions, and has hopes of traveling with musicals and other shows both on and off Broadway. In her free time, Adelle is an avid reader and enjoys performing other genres of music including indie rock and jazz.
