Hat3 Tracks Monthly Home Sales and Mortgage Usage

Swanson Company with their subsidiary Hat3, Campbell Surveys and Inside Mortgage Finance are providing an unprecedented information service tracking both home sales and mortgage usage patterns nationally and regionally every month.

Launched in midsummer 2009, the monthly survey has more than 3,000 real estate agent respondents nationwide.  It is conducted the first week of every month and compares results and trends from the prior month to provide a timely indication of housing and mortgage market conditions.

Over the past ten years, Hat3 has worked on numerous rating, ranking, satisfaction, salary and benefits projects, including developing software to automate the collection, analysis and reporting processes. Hat3 has strategically partnered with Campbell Communications to business to-business syndicated research in several vertical marketplaces, partnered with Towers Perrin, William M. Mercer, and PRM(People Resource Management) to prepare client salary and compensation surveys, and directly with their clients to collect, analyze, and report salary and benefit data. With this extensive experience, Hat3 specializes in the design and production of salary and benefits surveys and manages the annual publication of several annual and biennialcompensation surveys.  

Hat3 Partners with Campbell Communications on Syndicated Industry Surveys Hat3 conducts business-to-business syndicated research in several vertical marketplaces, ranging from real estate and finance to the trade and the  professional association community. Hat3 Partners with PRM on Human Resources Surveys   Hat3 provides employee satisfaction, compensation surveys, employee surveys, and 360° assessments.  Most recently, Hat3 developed a web enabled survey system designed for sharing collected data jointly from 750+ clients surveying 1000+ individuals for each client
