Advance Exchange Printheads

Our Advance Exchange Program allows you to get refurbished printheads quickly. The only way we can offer this exchange program is by receiving your used printhead core back in a timely manner so we can repair it and put it back in stock. Please send it in within 7 days of receiving your advance exchange printhead, otherwise we will bill you an upcharge (i.e. an additional charge). Exchange printheads are subject to availability.   

Upcharges 

This charge will also occur if the core we receive is unrepairable due to excessive damage or unqualified servicing, or if the printhead you send us is not the same model we sent to you.
