At Fitted Mattress LLC, we want your merchandise to be delivered AS SOON AS POSSIBLE and we are using alternative carriers to keep our products heading your way. We have also suspended the use of a signature required for most deliveries.

Due to COVID-19, our shipping carriers have been significantly impacted and they are experiencing significant delays. Our regular 3-7 business day deliveries can now take up to 2-4 weeks. Most of our products are large and heavy, so they require additional manual handling at sorting facilities that are overburdened. This is not an isolated issue. The massive influx of online orders has inconvenienced many businesses and customers partly due to limited trailer capacities put into place by our shipping carriers.

We have received many calls, messages, and complaints about shipping labels that haven't been created. We would like to clear that up… We are now printing ALL the shipping labels for the orders we receive each day and placing them on the items you purchased. The delay in movement is due to the capacity limits shipping carriers have put in place, which allow us to only ship limited products per day. The majority of the orders are sitting on our docks or they could already be at the carrier's yard waiting to be unloaded and scanned. Once the product is unloaded, you will see movement on the label.

Fitted Mattress In-Home 55-Nights Sleep Tight Trial

Fitted Mattress wants you to be absolutely and unequivocally sure that you will get years of uninterrupted amazing sleep. There is nothing like sleeping on a new mattress in your home. That’s why we believe it’s better to give you 55-nights in your own home. When you have 55-nights to sleep on your new mattress, you’ll have had enough time to make sure you’re sleeping soundly on your new Fitted Mattress.

Your old mattress may have lost support over the years, or your new mattress may be a new style that feels different, etc. this is why your body may take some time to adjust to the new feel and relax into a wonderful deep sleep. It can take time to get used to sleeping on a new mattress because it’s such a personal experience and a new mattress will be a substantial change from what you were sleeping on before.

A similar situation compares to new shoes. Have you ever bought the perfect pair of shoes and still felt sore after wearing them? Everyone is unique, so, even though you found the perfect pair of shoes, you still need time to adjust to the feel, size and shape of the shoes. After a few uses, they will break in and you will be able to wear them comfortably.

Sleeping on a new mattress is very similar to breaking in a new pair of shoes. In the first few days, you may feel uncomfortable or even wake up in the morning feeling a little sore. Over time, you will sleep soundly and wake up feeling well rested, refreshed and ready for anything that comes your way!

If, after 32 nights of sleeping on your new mattress, you are not satisfied, let us know. One of our sleep experts will be happy to help. We will also take care of shipping, delivery and pick up of your original mattress.

Fitted Mattress requires that you keep your mattress for a minimum amount of 32 nights, you can NOT return your mattress before 32 nights.

Fitted Mattress In-Home Sleep Tight Trial Details:

Mattresses must be tried for at least 32 nights before an exchange takes place. There is a $149.00 processing fee. The only increase you would pay would be the difference between the price you paid for your original mattress and the price of the new mattress if you choose to switch to a more expensive one (at time of exchange). Please note that if you switch to a less expensive model, you will not be refunded the price difference from your original purchase. Law tags must be attached, and we can’t accept any mattress that is stained or damaged. Mattresses with the 55-night in home trial are non-returnable for a refund. Limit of one trial per person. Not valid on warranty exchanges, foundations/box springs, adjustable bases, custom size or handmade mattresses.

Money Back Guarantee: Mattresses must be tried for at least 32 nights before requesting your money back. There is a $149.00 processing fee and a restocking fee equal to 25% of the purchase price (restocking fee not to exceed $600). Law tags must be attached and we can’t accept any mattress that is stained or damaged. Limit of one guarantee per person. Not valid on warranty exchanges, foundations/box springs, adjustable bases, custom size or handmade mattresses.
